Ina Bohse und Anne Voss sind beide große New York Fans, denn es ist auch die Stadt, in der ihre Freundschaft erblüht ist und die sie gemeinsam erkundeten. Doch zurück in Deutschland drehte sich das Gespräch stets um Manhattan, wenn sie mit Freunden über ihre Erfahrungen in der Stadt sprachen. Dies brachte sie auf den Gedanken, dass es Zeit war allen zu zeigen, wie toll Brooklyn ist. Da überkam sie auch schon der Tatendrang und die Idee für einen Brooklyn Neighborhood Guide, in dem sie die einzelnen Nachbarschaften Brooklyn’s vorstellen, war geboren.

Anna Vogelzang is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist and songwriter whose new LP, Hiker, was produced by Todd Sickafoose (Anais Mitchell, Ani DiFranco) and funded by her fans on Kickstarter. Her latest LP, Hiker explores the identity of being a human in nature, and the animal nature of being a human. 

We’ll learn more about Anna’s experience and how she used Kickstarter to engage her fans and launch several aspects of her album release, including funding tour costs, manufacturing and more.

Die beiden Designer, Ben Beck und Fabian Ghoshal, lernten sich während des Studiums kennen. Danach zog es den einen nach Berlin, den anderen nach München. Sie tauschten sich öfters über ihren Alltag aus und der Wunsch, gemeinsam ein Projekt umzusetzen, wurde immer stärker. Nach einem regen Austausch über Produkte des täglichen Gebrauchs, war es ihnen ein Dorn im Auge, wie wenig nachhaltig diese oft sind. Das Konzept für "TIO – Save the world twice a day” war geboren.
Doch es sollte nicht beim Konzept bleiben. Ben und Fabian wollten etwas bewegen! In unserem Live Chat werden sie uns verraten, wie sie eine Community rundum ein Produkt, über das man sich nur wenige Gedanken macht, aufgebaut haben; was auf einen zukommt, wenn man aus Leidenschaft und Hals über Kopf ein eigenes Produkt kreiert und auch welche Türen sich öffnen.

Pinstripe follows an ex-minister named Teddy who must explore Hell in search of his daughter Bo, who has been kidnapped by a strange entity! The game features puzzles, strange monsters, and memorable characters.

Katie is a Bay area local and senior at Stanford University studying Product Design Engineering, and she's also a co-founder of Girls Driving for a Difference.
